I tried uninstalling/reinstalling the software to no avail. I posted a support request in the forum. As of this review, no response from being posted 1 week, 5 days ago. Used query monitor plugin and found this Captcha Bank to be the culprit that caused a PHP conflict with WP which triggered a significant delay. Deactivate and delete right away.
