## Description

Centous Integration for Brevo connects your WordPress forms to [Brevo](https://www.brevo.com/)
CRM. When a visitor submits a supported form, the plugin can automatically create
or update Brevo Contacts, Companies, or Deals based on your feed configuration.

This plugin works with the form builders you already use. Install one or more supported
form plugins, connect your Brevo account, create a feed, map your fields, and submissions
will sync to Brevo in the background.

#### Supported form plugins

 * Contact Form 7
 * WPForms
 * Elementor Forms (Elementor Pro)
 * Formidable Forms

#### Brevo object support

 * Contacts
 * Companies
 * Deals

#### Key features

 * Secure OAuth 2.0 authentication with Brevo
 * Feed-based integration management
 * Advanced field mapping between form fields and Brevo properties
 * Test connection and verify Brevo credentials
 * Add notes to Brevo records from WordPress logs
 * Comprehensive API request and response logging
 * Detailed error tracking and debugging tools
 * Optional clean uninstall to remove plugin data
 * Modular architecture for reliable multi-form support

#### How it works

 1. Connect your Brevo account from the plugin settings.
 2. Create a feed and select a form from Contact Form 7, WPForms, Elementor Forms,
    or Formidable Forms.
 3. Choose a Brevo module: Contacts, Companies, or Deals.

    logs the result.

### External services

This plugin connects to Brevo to send and manage CRM data.

#### What the service is and what it is used for

[Brevo](https://www.brevo.com/) is a CRM and marketing platform. This plugin uses
the Brevo API to create or update Contacts, Companies, and Deals when supported
WordPress forms are submitted.

#### What data is sent and when

When a supported form is submitted and a matching active feed exists, the plugin
sends only the mapped field values to Brevo over HTTPS. This may include personal
data such as name, email address, phone number, company name, and other custom fields
configured in your feed mapping.

Data is sent at the time of form submission. The plugin may also contact Brevo during
account connection, token refresh, connection testing, and when notes are added
to Brevo records from plugin logs.

## FAQ

### Do I need all form plugins installed?

No. Install only the form plugin or plugins you use. The plugin detects supported
form builders automatically and shows available forms in the feed configuration
screen.

### Which Brevo objects are supported?

Contacts, Companies, and Deals. Each feed can target one Brevo module at a time.

### Can I create multiple feeds for the same form?

Yes. You can create multiple feeds for a single form to send data to different Brevo
objects or with different field mappings.

### Does the plugin delete data on uninstall?

Only if the **Delete plugin data on uninstall** setting is enabled in **Brevo Connect
Settings**. By default, plugin data is preserved.

### Is OAuth used for authentication?

Yes. The plugin uses OAuth 2.0 to connect to Brevo securely.

### What happens if a submission fails?

Failed submissions are stored in the plugin logs with request and response details
so you can troubleshoot the issue.

### Is field mapping required for every form field?

No. Map only the fields that should be sent to Brevo. Unmapped fields are ignored.

### How does Formidable Forms field mapping work?

Formidable fields are mapped using their field keys, such as `email`, `first-name`,
or `phone`. When you select a Formidable form in the feed settings, the plugin loads
its fields automatically.

### How does Elementor Forms field mapping work?

Elementor fields are mapped using each field’s custom ID from the Elementor form
widget settings.
