Chatabird is a plugin that allows you to easily add Chatabird’s chat functionality
to your WordPress website. With a simple setup process, you can have a professional
chat solution up and running in minutes.

### External Services

This plugin connects to an external service hosted at https://em.chatabird.com to
load the Chatabird chat widget.

What is sent:
 – The script loads the chat widget and initializes it using your 
Chatabird Site ID.

Why:
 – This is necessary to embed and operate the Chatabird live chat interface
on your website.

## Installation

 1. Upload the `chatabird` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
 3. Go to Settings > Chatabird to configure your App ID and Identity Key

### Where can I find my App ID?

You can find your App ID in your Chatabird settings menu

### Is the Identity Key required?

The Identity Key is optional and only needed if you’re using Chatabird’s identity
validation features.
