You can adjust the following settings: – FAQ Title– Enable/Disable Chatbot – Customize Colors (Background and Text) – Upload a Custom Icon for the Chatbot – Set the Chat Width on Desktop and Mobile ## Installation 1. Upload `chatbot-faq` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory. 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress. ## FAQ ### Can I use HTML in questions or answers? No, HTML is not supported. However, you can use Markdown syntax for formatting. Yes, you can add multiple questions and answers through the plugin settings page.
