### Requirements

 * A [Momento360](https://www.momento360.com/) account
 * 360° VR photos or videos

### Getting Started

 1. _Upload_ a 360° VR image or video to [Momento360](https://www.momento360.com/).
 2. Get the _share link_ to the image or video on [Momento360](https://www.momento360.com/).
 3. Paste the _share link_ in the _url_ parameter of the _[momentopress]_ shortcode.

## Installation

**Easy Installation**

 1. Search for _MomentoPress for Momento360_ via the _Plugins > Add New_ screen in 
    the WordPress dashboard.
 2. Click the _Install Now_ button.
 3. Click the _Activate_ button

**Manual Installation**

 1. Search and download _MomentoPress for Momento360_ via the [WordPress Plugin Directory](https://wordpress.org/plugins/).
 2. Unzip the downloaded file.
 3. Upload the plugin directory to the _/wp-content/plugins/_ directory of your WordPress
    installation.
 4. Activate the plugin through the _Plugins_ menu the WordPress dashboard.

## FAQ

### Where do I upload my 360° VR image/video?

You will need to upload it to [Momento360](https://www.momento360.com/).

### How do I get the share link on Momento360?

 1. Go to _My Media_ on Momento360.
 2. Click on the image/video which you want to share.
 3. Click the _share_ button.
 4. Click _Share or embed a link_.

### Is this an official Momento360 plugin?

This is not an official plugin by Momento360 and it is not affilated or supported
by Momento360.

This works as expected, but the experience is not as immersive as the one that is
available on the Momento website. There is no support for full screen or the accelerometer/
compass. I would imagine that this would be difficult in an embed; still, it does
what it is supposed to. Oddly, the first time I used it, I got a 403 error. I tried
it twice. On the third time it worked as expected. It may be that I switched from
classic editor to Gutenberg. It shouldn't make a difference, but it seems to have.
I am using WordPress 5.5
