And I mean NO SUPPORT. The contact form has been removed form the support page and no emails addresses are provided. There is literally NO WAY to contact this company. I am trying to use the new audio player. There is a video explaining how to use it, recorded by somebody who sounds like they are in a rush to do something else. I am not even convinced the new audio player exists, as both I and another person have followed the set up guide to the letter, and a video displays of the audio file. If all this worked and they had a support system, this would be a 5 star product, as there is nothing else like it, but it feels like I am dealing with a dead company that is seeking to extract as much money before it pops its clogs. ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/bbf4f8601f6c4b4f445a835f49e33b2d27a48b15254d3ef10c246d6cb0f5c428? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[Excellent plugin!](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/excellent-plugin-7016/)󠁿 [laurentbarbier](https://profiles.wordpress.org/laurentbarbier/) 1 mai 2021 They have everything you need to get started and grow with OTT. I have the feeling I can create my own Netflix with this plugging! This plugin is easy to use and make AWS so easy to use. There is still a learning curve, but their videos are excellent, watch them and you will understand everything about OTT, DRM etc. Continue your great work. ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/a47e684eb6836ce0506d798d351b610b54b6ddada7b4d2001112846e9ed53c88? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[Excelente Plugin](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/excelente-plugin-1007/)󠁿 [worldoffice](https://profiles.wordpress.org/worldoffice/) 14 juin 2021 O plugin cumpre o que promete. ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/5a614e8b4cb305ed10752d1e3de4e13be885a5bee3d57f31bef319e99fc312c8? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[So Far I love these guys](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/so-far-i-love-these-guys/)󠁿 [laspisa33](https://profiles.wordpress.org/laspisa33/) 3 mars 2021 great little company – they have everything you need to get started and grow with OTT.
