GDPR Support for Formidable Forms

Description

WARNING: This plugin requires the free or pro version of the Formidable Forms plugin.

With Formidable GDPR, you can easily add GDPR warnings to your forms so your visitors can decide if they allow you to use their data.
It’ll show a popin on the form submission with 2 buttons to accept or decline GDPR conditions for each field you decide to enable.

Installation

  1. Install and activate Formidable plugin (and Formidable pro if you need it)
  2. Upload the plugin to your blog plugins directory
  3. Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress
  4. Visit the plugin settings page under the Formidable menu and configure it as you like
  5. Create a new form and set for each field your GDPR preferences
  6. Visit the form’s page and submit the form

I can’t set the GDPR preferences on each field of my form

Please make sure that the GDPR option is set on your form settings.

where can I see visitors GDPR preferences

Please visit Formidable entries and if you click on a specific entry, you’ll see the GDPR preferences. Another solution is to export Formidable entries in CSV.
