Installation

Can I set custom amounts for gift cards?

Yes, when you activate the plugin, a product called « Gift Card » is created along with the attribute « Amount » with values of €25, €40, and €100. Edit the « Gift Card » product and create the variations you want.

How are the codes created?

When the customer purchases the product, a code is generated in the main menu section with the status « pending. » When the URL that corresponds to the QR code sent by email is visited, the code is marked as used, and internally the gift card code changes its status to « published. »
