## Description

Nepali BS Date Tools is a wordpress plugin that converts the english date format
to nepal date format. This plugin also supports Shortcode that helps you to display
Nepali dates anywhere in your website. It also converts english digits to nepali
digits.

Perfect for Nepali blogs, news portals, government websites, and local business 
websites.

## Installation

 1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/nepali-bs-date-tools directory,
    or install the plugin through the wordPress plugins screen directly.
 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
 3. Go to settings general page and look for ‘Nepali Bikram Sambat (BS) Date Format’
    to customize settings of plugin.
 4. Use the provided shortcode in posts or pages.

### What does this plugin do?

This plugin converts WordPress post dates from English (AD) to Nepali Bikram Sambat(
BS) dates. It can also display today’s Nepali date, convert English numbers to Nepali
numbers, and convert dates between English and Nepali calendars.

Yes. Once enabled, the plugin can automatically display WordPress post dates in 
Nepali BS format on your website.

### Can I display today’s Nepali date anywhere on my site?

Yes. The plugin provides functionality to display the current Nepali BS date anywhere

### Does the plugin support Nepali numbers?

Yes. You can convert English numbers (123456) into Nepali numbers (१२३४५६) using
function NBSD_convert_to_nepali_number(‘your-number’) or using shortcode [NBSD_convert_to_nepali_number

### Can the plugin convert Nepali dates to English dates?

Yes. The plugin supports both:

 * Use shortcode [NBSD_convertTonepalidate engdate= »2026-05-11″] for English (AD)
   Nepali (BS).

   AD).
