#### Who is this for?

 * WooCommerce shop owners who want to sell during the webinar, not after everyone
   leaves
 * Course creators and coaches who need registration, reminders, and evergreen replays
   in one plugin
 * Agencies running multilingual campaigns for clients
 * EU/DACH hosts who need GDPR-friendly registration and streaming on their own
   WordPress site

#### How pricing works (no surprises)

Free runs forever — unlimited live, automated, and evergreen webinars with unlimited
attendees, no time limit, no demo mode. There are no per-attendee fees and no seat
tiers: your price never jumps because one webinar did unusually well. Other platforms
lock you into a high monthly tier all year even if you only fill the room once.

Plus ($99/mo) is for when you want to sell inside the room (WooCommerce and other
checkouts), need built-in live video, and unlock individual leads and automations.
Same flat plugin price whether you host a small group or a packed session — you
only pay for the streaming you actually use.

#### Free (install from WordPress.org)

For: test and run real webinars before you pay.

 * Unlimited live, automated, and evergreen webinars
 * Unlimited attendees — dashboard shows total sign-up count
 * AI content wizard — registration pages and reminder emails (24 languages)

 * Automated reminder emails — fully customizable
 * Per-webinar language, timezone, and date format
 * WooCommerce button CTA — link to your shop (checkout opens in a new tab)
 * 30-day Plus trial available inside the plugin

#### Unlimited plan

For: solo creators who never want to hit limits.

#### Real hosts, real results

Melanie needed registration, reminders, and tracking connected on WordPress — not
five plugins that do not talk to each other. Tom stopped selling on the landing
page and filled live webinars instead; by the third session, trust did the selling.
Bastian demoed leather craft live and opened WooCommerce checkout inside the room
so buyers never lost momentum.

Felix ran a symposium, not a sales pitch.

Seven hours live — 19 May 2026, 10:00–17:00 CET.
 German and English, with live
translation and language switching inside the webinar room. About 600 people registered.
More than 100 questions asked and answered in two-way chat — directly in the room,
not in a separate tool.

The stream ran through [3Q Video](https://3q.video/) — GDPR/DSGVO-compliant hosting
in Germany and Europe, not a US-only stack.
 Registrations, calendar entries, and
reminder emails: all on WebinarIgnition, on [14a.tv](https://14a.tv/).

Same live room you already know — cleaned up and ready for large crowds.
 During
the event, our live-update service (hosted in Frankfurt) sends instant signals to
every screen — a new CTA, a new question, your answer, a status change — so your
WordPress site does not have to reload over and over. All registrations, chat, and
attendee data stay on **your WordPress site**, where your hosting already is. The
helper does not store that data. Available on every plan, including free.

#### New: AI Webinar Content Wizard

You probably don’t wake up in the morning excited to write registration copy and
reminder emails.

The AI wizard is there for exactly that.
Answer three simple questions — what your
webinar is about, who it is for, and what should happen afterwards. From there,
the wizard creates three registration page versions and four reminder emails in
your language.

24 languages included. More on request. Best quality powered by AI.

You don’t lose control. You can read, adjust and translate every line.
 But you
never have to start from a blank page again.

[Generate your first webinar content here](https://webinarignition.com/webinarignition-quick-start-videos-links/#ai)

Step-by-step setup playlist (13 videos, AI in video 3): [Watch on YouTube](https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLlmyTY2pWUgdkumwHqaToKsTGY69XXRQb)

#### Free: AI Connector (MCP)

Connect an AI assistant — Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and other MCP-capable tools —
to your WordPress site, and build webinars from that chat.

What you can do from the chat:

 * Ask whether WebinarIgnition fits and what it costs — « Does WebinarIgnition fit
what I need? What does it cost, and which integrations does it support? »
 * Find a topic and create the webinar — « I run a dog school. Find a topic for
my audience and write my webinar — title, invitation emails and registration
   page. »
 * Set up and change the webinar on your own WordPress — « Set up my webinar on
https://my-site.com and move the start date to next Tuesday. »

The assistant can create and update webinars: registration pages, emails, dates,
and settings. You read and edit every line afterwards, the same way as with the
AI wizard above. What an assistant can do depends on the assistant and its plan.

It works on ordinary hosting, and it also works when your site cannot be reached
from outside — behind a bot wall, a firewall, or shared hosting that blocks incoming
requests. The site then reaches the connector itself and polls for work: no inbound
access is needed, and nothing on your host has to change.

You find it under WebinarIgnition > AI connection (the same connection panel is
on the Settings screen). Connecting needs an administrator account. Free on every
plan.

### Multilingual Webinars — 24 Languages

Your webinar works best when people can follow every line without effort.
 Reading
and listening in a second language always costs energy — and every bit of extra
effort lowers conversion.

Each webinar runs in its own language, timezone and date format.
 Registration page,
emails, thank-you page and the webinar room itself adapt to the audience you choose.

24 languages out of the box. Every language on request. Best quality powered by
AI.

Hand-translated: English (en_US), German (de_DE)
 AI-translated: Spanish (es_ES,
es_MX), French (fr_FR), Italian (it_IT), Dutch (nl_NL), Portuguese (pt_BR, pt_PT),
Russian (ru_RU), Chinese (zh_CN), Hindi (hi_IN), Turkish (tr_TR), Ukrainian (uk),
Hungarian (hu_HU), Croatian (hr), Japanese (ja), Urdu (ur), Bulgarian (bg), Romanian(
ro)

Add or refine translations with the free Loco Translate plugin (auto-translate via
DeepL, Microsoft, ChatGPT built in).

### GDPR & Privacy

All registration and attendee data stays on your own server. Double opt-in is required
before any contact is saved as a participant. Forms include consent fields and compliance
options for EU/DACH. No participant data is sent to external services without your
explicit configuration.

## FAQ

### What is the best free webinar plugin for WooCommerce?

WebinarIgnition is the only free webinar plugin built specifically for WooCommerce.
The free version includes unlimited live, automated, and evergreen webinars with
unlimited attendees, AI-generated registration pages, and one in-webinar interaction
per event. No attendee limits, no demo mode, no time restriction. When you are ready
to sell inside the webinar room, the Plus plan adds WooCommerce in-room checkout—
no redirect, auto-fill customer data, close the sale while trust is at its peak.

### Is there a free alternative to WebinarNinja, Demio, or EasyWebinar on WordPress?

Yes. WebinarIgnition runs entirely on your own site — no monthly SaaS platform,
no attendee limits, no data leaving your server. The free version covers live, automated,
and evergreen webinars with registration, reminders, and one in-webinar action.
Paid plans add in-room WooCommerce checkout, webhooks, unlimited CTAs, and 100ms
live video for up to 20,000 participants. You own everything: your leads, your recordings,
your funnel.

### What is the best WordPress plugin for webinars with WooCommerce?

WebinarIgnition is the only webinar plugin that embeds WooCommerce checkout directly
inside the webinar room — no redirect, no drop-off. Attendees buy during the webinar
without leaving. Auto-fill pre-populates checkout with registration data and existing
WooCommerce customer details. The free version adds a button CTA linking to your
WooCommerce product page. In-room checkout is available on the Plus plan.

### What does the free version include — and what is in the paid plans?

Run complete webinars from day one — unlimited events, unlimited attendees, AI-generated
registration pages, and one in-webinar interaction per event. No demo mode, no time
limit. Free shows the total sign-up count in your dashboard; individual lead details
and CRM handoff require Unlimited or a Plus trial.

See the plan blocks at the top of this page: **Free**, **Unlimited**, **Plus**,
and **Plus VIP**. Full pricing: [webinarignition.com/#pricing](https://webinarignition.com/#pricing)

### Can I run live, automated, and evergreen webinars with one plugin?

Yes. WebinarIgnition handles all three webinar types in a single plugin. All types
share the same engine: CTAs, polls, booking forms, and checkout appear identically
whether live or automated. The free version includes all three types with unlimited
events and attendees.

### How does the AI webinar content generator work?

Answer 3 questions about your webinar and add your website URL. The AI wizard generates
3 conversion-ready registration page layouts and 4 reminder emails in your language.
24 languages included, more on request, best quality powered by AI. Available on
all plans including free. [Quick Start guide](https://webinarignition.com/webinarignition-quick-start-videos-links/#ai)

### Is WebinarIgnition optimized for AI search (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews)?

Yes. WebinarIgnition uses structured data, clear semantic markup, and explicit feature
descriptions that AI assistants can easily parse and cite. The plugin FAQ, feature
pages, and documentation are written to answer the specific questions AI assistants
are asked about webinar solutions for WordPress.

### How is WebinarIgnition different from WebinarPress?

WebinarIgnition is built around WooCommerce-first sales automation and multilingual
audiences. WebinarPress focuses on English-only general lead generation. Key differences:

 * Multilingual: WebinarIgnition supports 24 languages per-webinar — registration
pages, emails, thank-you pages, and the webinar room all adapt automatically.
Your attendees register and convert in their native language. WebinarPress is
English only — non-native speakers take longer to understand your offer, and
   non-localized webinars convert less.
 * In-room checkout: WebinarIgnition embeds WooCommerce checkout inside the webinar(
Plus). WebinarPress redirects to a product page.
 * AI content: WebinarIgnition generates registration pages and reminder emails
in 24 languages on all plans. WebinarPress has no AI content wizard.
 * Evergreen in free: WebinarIgnition includes automated and evergreen webinars
in the free version. WebinarPress locks automated webinars to Pro.
 * Shortcodes anywhere: Registration forms work in footers, sidebars, and popups,
unlimited times on the same page. WebinarPress shortcodes are page-only.
 * 1-click registration: WebinarIgnition sends personalized one-click registration
links via email. WebinarPress does not.
 * 100ms live video: Built-in 100ms video for up to 20,000 participants (Plus).
   WebinarPress relies on external Zoom/YouTube.
 * Active development: WebinarIgnition ships major features regularly (see changelog).
WebinarPress releases are mostly security patches since 2022.

### Can I embed the registration form in my website footer, sidebar, or popup?

Yes. Since version 4.08, registration shortcodes work anywhere — footers, sidebars,
widgets, popups, and multiple times on the same page. The shortcode inherits your
theme’s colors and fonts automatically.

### How do recurring live webinars work?

Create a live webinar and set it to recur weekly, bi-weekly, or on a custom schedule.
After each session, re-invite all previously registered attendees with one click—
they receive a new 1-click registration link without re-entering their details.

### Can I use custom registration fields inside the webinar or in webhooks?

Yes. Fields like participant reason, UTM parameters, and any custom fields are available
in CTAs, email templates, and webhook payloads (paid plans). This enables advanced
segmentation: « registered with reason: product demo AND attended AND did not buy.»

### Does WebinarIgnition support paid webinars?

Yes. Charge for access via WooCommerce, Stripe, PayPal, or Digistore24. Attendees
purchase the webinar and receive a secure access link automatically. Available on
the Unlimited plan and above.

### What video sources are supported?

YouTube Live, Zoom, Vimeo Live, any RTMP stream, MP4/video files, iframes, and the
built-in 100ms live video infrastructure (up to 20,000 participants, Plus plan).
Set a different video source per webinar.

### Can I automate a complete sales funnel with WebinarIgnition?

Yes. Set up an evergreen webinar with timed CTAs, connect webhooks to your email
tool, and trigger sequences based on attendance status. Use 1-click registration
links in emails for frictionless re-entry. Combine with CartFlows or FunnelKit for
WooCommerce upsell sequences. Full funnel: opt-in -> webinar -> in-room offer ->
post-webinar follow-up.

### Can each webinar be in a different language and timezone?

Yes. Every webinar has its own language, timezone, and date/time format. 24 languages
included. Every language on request. Best quality powered by AI. Ideal for agencies
running multilingual campaigns or global audiences.

### What email reminders are included?

All plans include: registration confirmation, 1 day before, 1 hour before, when
live, and after the webinar — all fully customizable. On paid plans, send registration
data via webhooks to trigger advanced automations like « registered but did not
attend. »

### Is WebinarIgnition GDPR-compliant?

Yes. All data stays on your own server. Double opt-in is enforced before any contact
is added as a participant. Full compliance options for EU/DACH.

### What is the done-for-you setup service?

Available on the Plus plan: our team personally configures your email delivery,
email marketing connection, video source, streaming provider, and registration page
design. Goal: your first webinar goes live with 100% tech success. Unlimited includes
1:1 consultant tech support; Plus VIP adds VIP support and VIP planning meetings.

### Can I report security bugs?

Yes. Report through the [Patchstack Vulnerability Disclosure Program](https://patchstack.com/database/vdp/webinar-ignition).

### EXTERNAL SERVICES

This plugin may connect to external services depending on your configuration:

 * Freemius: licensing, updates, and trial management ([freemius.com/privacy](https://freemius.com/privacy/))—
   required
 * 100ms Video Meetings: built-in live video, Plus plans only ([100ms.live/privacy-policy](https://100ms.live/privacy-policy))—
   optional
 * Google APIs: Calendar, YouTube Live, Google Meet ([Google privacy policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy))—
   optional
 * Stripe: payment processing ([stripe.com/privacy](https://stripe.com/privacy))—
   optional
 * Nextend Social Login: social registration, 22+ providers, external plugin — optional
 * WebinarIgnition AI relay: powers the built-in AI content wizard / AI Agent, optional—
only used when you actively use the AI wizard ([WebinarIgnition privacy policy](
CLARIFY: Tobias to supply final Terms of Service and Privacy Policy URLs for
   the WI AI relay))
 * CDN resources: Bootstrap, Video.js, jQuery, Moment.js, Luxon

**About the AI content wizard / AI Agent (optional):** When — and only when — you
use the AI wizard or AI Agent inside wp-admin to draft a webinar, registration page,
or reminder emails, the plugin sends your request to the WebinarIgnition AI relay(
hosted on Fly.io, default endpoint https://wi-node-ai-relay.fly.dev), which forwards
it to an AI model provider (Anthropic Claude; Perplexity is used for web-research
tasks). What is sent: the text you type, the structured webinar concept you build
in the wizard (goal, audience, topic, title, tone, speaker/guest names, key points
and notes, video URLs, schedule), your WordPress site domain and site URL, plugin
version, license plan, and your own WordPress profile display name and bio (used
to personalize copy). No attendee, registrant, or lead data (participant names,
emails, chat messages) is sent to the AI relay. Why: to generate the webinar copy,
pages, and emails you asked the wizard to write. The API keys live on the relay,
never in your WordPress install. The AI writing and conversation guidance itself(
the prompt instructions that make the copy good) is served by the relay as part
of that same service and is not stored inside the plugin; the plugin keeps only
a short offline fallback so the free build stays usable without it. This is entirely
optional: all core webinar features — registration, reminders, live room, replay,
WooCommerce CTAs — work without the AI wizard, and the free WordPress.org build
runs standalone without it. AI provider policies: [Anthropic privacy policy](https://www.anthropic.com/legal/privacy),
[Perplexity privacy policy](https://www.perplexity.ai/hub/legal/privacy-policy).
WebinarIgnition AI relay Terms of Service and Privacy Policy: CLARIFY — Tobias to
supply final URLs.

No participant data is sent to any external service without your explicit configuration.

### DOMAIN USAGE DISCLOSURE

WebinarIgnition may connect to: freemius.com (required), 100ms.live (optional),
googleapis.com (optional), stripe.com (optional), social login provider domains (
optional), wi-node-ai-relay.fly.dev (optional — AI content wizard / AI Agent only;
forwards to api.anthropic.com and api.perplexity.ai), CDN domains for Bootstrap,
Video.js, jQuery, Moment.js, Luxon.

I was able to activate the plugin straight away and, thanks to the built-in AI agent,
create good text for the registration page and the notifications. It only took half
an hour – that’s how it should be. Thanks for the great plugin.

Back in the day, this was a good option, but now there are much better options out
there. Difficult to use, webinars take far too many steps to set up and that doens't
even include doing the webinars themselves. You can't even see who has registred
unless you go with the premium option (?!). Often buggy with pages not loading and
managing a large library of webinars is a nightmare. We tried multiple times to
sort out page loading issues but needed to move to a solution that we could launch.
We moved on to Vimeo which offers built-in registrations (that you can view), registration
confirmation and reminder emails and even how long registrants watch the webinar
and where people drop off. A much better overall value.

## Journal des modifications

#### 4.24.0 — 14 October 2026

**Changing a date no longer re-writes your texts.** Telling the agent « move it
to the 15th » used to run the full copy writer behind the scenes, so approved wording
could be overwritten even though you only touched the date. The date, the time and
the time zone are now written on their own — your registration page, your e-mails
and the room follow immediately, and every text stays exactly as you wrote it.

**You see what a changed fact touches, and you decide what gets re-written.** The
moment a fact changes, the agent names the places it shows up in and offers « Re-
write the texts ». Tapping it opens a short checklist (registration page texts,
e-mails) — nothing is written until you pick and confirm. A full run in the background
is over.

**A note you told the agent can be removed or reworded.** Notes used to be add-only,
so a fact that had become wrong stayed in the list forever. The line you name can
now be replaced or struck, one line at a time.

**The privacy line under the sign-up form can be changed.** It was fixed interface
text with no way in; it is a normal participant line now, changeable per webinar.

**Only the marked part of a line changes.** Marking a phrase inside a sentence —
or asking for a dot or a line break after a word — used to rewrite the whole block
and could swallow the sentence next to it.

**Earlier versions can be restored — several steps, not just one.** Page versions
come from WordPress’ own revisions, settings like the title or the date from the
agent’s own history. The list is readable: time, who changed it, and the text that
changed.

**The thank-you page’s date is checked.** If it carries the date as fixed text and
that text no longer matches the webinar’s date, the agent says so and offers to
repair the page.

#### 4.20.86 — 5 October 2026

**Rendering and cache fixes for the participant path.** A room or registration page
could show stale content after a deploy; the page cache is now bypassed correctly
for the participant surfaces. Internal clean-up, nothing to configure.

#### 4.20.81 — 3 October 2026

**The agent can change one line of text without re-writing the whole webinar.**
A host who wanted one sentence replaced got the whole block re-written instead,
losing the wording he had approved. A change now replaces exactly the addressed
line.

#### 4.20.69 — 2 October 2026

**A webinar now shows the money that really came in, with the open orders in brackets.**
Until now only paid orders (processing/completed) counted. A prepayment or an unpaid
order sat at « pending »/ »on-hold » and showed nothing. The sale line now names
two worths: the paid sum stands large and first, the open orders follow in brackets(«
1 purchase · 99.00 € (2 open · 398.00 €) »). When an order is later paid, a follow-
up over the next month moves it from the bracket into the paid sum — the order is
never counted twice. A refund subtracts as before.

**The account coupling now requires the real mail click.** A purchase is only attached
to an existing customer account when the lead actually opened the confirmation link
from the mailed registration — not merely by filling in the form.

#### 4.20.68 — 2 October 2026

**Switching an existing webinar to another language now also rewrites its standard
form labels.** Setting the participant language used to change only the stored language,
so a registration page that was created in German kept the German standard labels(
registration button, short mobile label, name and email placeholders) on an English
webinar. The switch now rewrites exactly those labels that still carry the old language’s
default text, drawn from the plugin’s own translations. A label the host typed himself
is never overwritten; it is named back in the result instead. The time zone is now
set on live webinars as well.

#### 4.20.67 — 2 October 2026

**The account protection in the Block checkout now really runs, and it also covers
the shipping address.** When a returning customer’s order is attached to their account,
WebinarIgnition copies the saved address beforehand and restores it after WooCommerce’s
own customer sync, so a quick guest form cannot blank it. That copy is now taken
on the hook WooCommerce actually calls, and it saves the billing and shipping address
alike.

**The checkout hint appears in the classic checkout.** The small « you already have
an account » hint above the checkout form is shown in the classic (shortcode) checkout.
The earlier note that it also appears in the Block checkout was not correct and
has been removed.

#### 4.20.66 — 2 October 2026

**A returning customer’s order now lands in their own account, not as a guest order.**

If someone registered for your webinar and already has a shop account, their purchase
used to
arrive as a guest order under the same email address. It worked, but it
never showed up in their account, and they were never asked whether they already
have one. When the purchase carries a valid webinar token, the order is now attached
to that existing account. No login is needed and the customer sees no extra step.
Without the token nothing changes, so a checkout that did not come from your webinar
behaves exactly as before.

**Checkout now tells a returning customer that they can log in.** A small hint appears
above the
checkout form when the visitor comes from your webinar and already has
an account. It is our own text and stays visible.

#### 4.20.65 — 2 October 2026

**This is the same feature set as 4.20.64; only the version number is new.** It
exists so this beta build has a number of its own for the Freemius re-upload: 4.20.64
was already the live build on the server, and Freemius held that version as uploaded
without publishing it. Nothing about your webinars changes.

#### 4.20.64 — 2 October 2026

**The AI assistant no longer hides behind the WordPress admin menu in focus mode.**
When focus mode took over the screen, the assistant panel sat at the very left edge(
x=0) and slipped underneath the admin menu — on wide screens and on narrow ones
alike. It now follows the menu the way every other WordPress admin page does: 160px
with the menu open, 36px when the menu is collapsed, and 0px on narrow screens where
the menu becomes a drawer.

#### 4.20.62 — 2 October 2026

**This is the same feature set as 4.20.61; only the version number is new.** It
exists so this test build has a number of its own: 4.20.61 was never offered as
a download, and 4.20.59 was the last version on the server. Nothing about your webinars
changes.

#### 4.20.61 — 2 October 2026

**An elopage checkout that goes out as a button now carries the buyer’s name and
e-mail.** 4.20.57 established, measured, that an elopage/ablefy checkout must not
be framed (its session cookie does not survive the frame) — so it goes out as a
button. It turned out the button was leaving value on the table: measured on a real
public checkout (GET only, nothing submitted, nothing bought, and confirmed inside
a real frame) elopage fills `first_name`, `last_name` and `email` server-side into
the form’s own fields, and `?locale=de` switches the order form’s language. Exactly
those three fill; `phone`, `salutation`, `payer_email`, `full_name`, `name` and
invented names fill nothing, and the checkout shows neither a phone nor a salutation
field at all — so nothing else is appended. The provider row now holds the three
measured parameters, the two domains `elopage.com` and `myablefy.com` are recognised,
and the offer panel’s warning names the button route with its prefill instead of
only the refusal.

**And the provider you already know is no longer thrown away.** An elopage checkout
may run on the host’s own domain (`…/s/<shop>/<product>/payment`), where a host
lookup can never recognise it — the offer lost its prefill although the console
knew the provider. The analysis now accepts the provider the caller already resolved
whenever the host lookup finds nothing; an unknown provider is still never invented,
and a link from a provider with no documented parameters still goes out byte-identical.

**The « Checked addresses » list under the link check now names the real reason
too.** 4.20.59 fixed the single sentence, but the list still read « answers, but
refuses to be embedded » for a table-measured checkout such as elopage — the page
does render there, only the purchase breaks on the provider’s session cookie. The
list now shows the same measured sentence whenever the provider table decided the«
no »; a live « no » and every other state keep their text word for word. Rows saved
before this version (without the source field) keep the previous text as well.

#### 4.20.59 — 2 October 2026

**The link check in the console now reads the provider table too, so the host reads
the real reason a checkout stays a button.** The live check can only read what the
address itself answers; for elopage that answer carries no framing headers, so it
said « embedding not confirmed » even though the table has held a measured « no »
since 4.20.57. The check now asks the table whenever the live answer is « unknown»:
a table « no » is taken with its measured reason, a live « no » or « yes » still
wins unchanged, and a table « yes » never becomes a recommendation (an unproven
frame is not offered). The three existing sentences are unchanged; the measured
case gets its own — « the provider’s session cookie does not survive the frame ».

#### 4.20.58 — 2 October 2026

**The offer panel now names the real reason a checkout stays a button.** A checkout
can end up as a button for two different reasons: the address itself refuses to
be embedded, or it allows the frame while the purchase breaks on the provider’s
session cookie (measured for elopage). Both were described with the same sentence,«
does not allow being embedded » — which is untrue for the second case. The line
now says which of the two was actually found, and the live check always wins: when
the address itself refuses the frame, that sentence stays exactly as it was.

#### 4.20.57 — 2 October 2026

**An elopage checkout is a button, for a measured reason.** Three public elopage/
ablefy checkouts were checked: none of them sends X-Frame-Options or a frame-ancestors
directive, so the page itself would render — but the session cookie `p_user-session-
id` is set without `SameSite=None; Secure`, so inside the webinar frame the browser
does not send it and the purchase cannot be completed. Offering the frame would
show the buyer a working order form and break at the moment he pays. The provider
row therefore no longer reads « not proven » but a measured « no », and the host
reads that measured reason instead of a generic line.

#### 4.20.56 — 1 October 2026

**Texts now follow your language, with English as the fallback.** The AI Agent and
the wizard answered in German while the source texts are English, because six places
read the language from the request and fell back to German, and the language instruction
sat far up in the prompt between German examples. The language now follows what
the host sends, then the browser’s own signal, and only then English; the instruction
sits at the end of the prompt where it is read. Nothing to configure.

#### 4.20.55 — 1 October 2026

**The host teleprompter now has its own switch and works on a live webinar without
switching on the interactive overlay.** The reading surface for the host — the script,
the beats, voice input and auto-scroll in the console tab and as a strip in the
room — was only reachable together with the participant-facing interactive overlay.
It now has its own gate, so a host can read his script while nothing about what
participants see changes; the overlay keeps its own switch, exactly as before.

**Voice input no longer dies quietly after a pause.** When the browser ended a speech
session on its own (a silence pause), the next start was called on the same recognition
object — which the browser rejects, so the session stopped while the microphone
button stayed green and nothing was transcribed. The recognizer is now rebuilt for
every restart, and whatever was already transcribed is kept, so a pause costs nothing.

#### 4.20.54 — 1 October 2026

**Your webinar switch no longer takes the offer out of a room that is already open.**
Switching a live webinar off used to make the running room answer « this webinar
is closed », so participants who were sitting in it lost the offer until they reloaded.
The room is already protected where it matters — nobody gets in without a valid
registration or the host preview, and a participant link is bound to its own lead—
and a real switch change still reaches the page through the switch poll. Nothing
to configure.

**Saving the offer while you are live simply saves it now.** The « You are live
right now » question in front of the save button is retired, because it asked about
a risk that was measured away: the change is in the room about two seconds later,
the cart always stays (it lives in the shop session, not in the frame), and only
a half-filled checkout form can start over if the offer really has to be reloaded.
The old wording is kept in the code for reference, not deleted.

**A coupon that only the webinar window blocks now says so.** When a webinar coupon
is refused purely because the offer window is closed, the checkout used to answer
with the shop’s generic « this coupon is not valid ». It now names the real reason—
the coupon is valid during the webinar window. A coupon refused for any other reason
keeps the shop’s own message; only the window is named, and only when nothing else
has refused it first.

#### 4.20.53 — 1 October 2026

**The currency of your webinar is a field of the offer now, not a hidden payment
setting.** You set the currency your participants pay in right where the offers
are built (the console’s offer panel), and every offer and its checkout link is
built with it. Until now the value lived only in the payment-provider settings under
a vendor-specific name (`stripe_currency`), which is how a webinar that sells in
dollars could quietly carry a euro setting. An existing webinar keeps the value
it already had; nothing has to be re-entered.

#### 4.20.52 — 1 October 2026

**Your registration page is centred again, on every template.** The outer block
of registration templates 1 and 2 was full width, so on a wide screen the card sat
against the left edge while the video stayed in the middle (measured at 2560 px:
card 2520 px, video 1360 px, 20 px at each edge). Both templates now use the same
centred frame template 3 always had (measured: card 1300 px, 630 px margin on each
side), and on phone and tablet the card matches that reference exactly — no sideways
scrolling.

**Your licence is active the moment the purchase goes through.** After a purchase
the plugin could keep its own cached licence for up to five minutes and still report«
free » while the buyer was already looking at the dashboard. The cache is now cleared
with the licence actions of the payment provider and at the end of the checkout
return, so the plan is there when the buyer lands back. Nothing to configure.

**Clicks are counted twice: everything that arrives, and what people really did.**
The existing counter adds up every request that reaches the site — measured on a
test campaign, 30 clicks against 131 impressions, a rate no real room reaches, because
bots and scanners (mail testers, `curl`, old browser strings) land there too, and
because one visitor can account for several buttons. A second, stricter counter
now records only real people: automated requests are kept out, and one visitor counts
once. Nothing about the old number changes; the honest one sits next to it.

**A dead offer link is now found by you, not by your participant.** An evergreen
webinar is opened by nobody, so a broken or un-framable offer URL would be discovered
by the person who wants to buy. The CTA links are now checked when the link is pasted
into the console — once per domain, not once per link, and only when an admin adds
or changes one — and a link that does not answer or cannot be framed inside the
offer costs one readiness point, the same weight a failed core check carries.

**The salutation reaches your checkout.** « Herr » or « Frau » is now carried through
to the offer URL as its own value, so a provider that documents a salutation parameter
can prefill it — including the case where the value comes from the lead or the WordPress
profile and the two disagree, which is asked instead of guessed.

#### 4.20.51 — 30 September 2026

**The offer in your live room is one short card with three steps and two arrows.**
The offer no longer carries the trailing « related » block, the card itself is compact,
and two arrows step through the offers of the campaign within the same frame — the
page behind them never reloads and the cart stays as it is. The console panel next
to it folds into sections, so the offer settings are reachable without scrolling
past everything else.

#### 4.20.50 — 30 September 2026

**A registration page now uses the old hardcoded layout only when the webinar really
is one of the old hardcoded (HC) webinars.** On a modern webinar whose page was
still marked as an old-style page, the registration view was built by the old layout
_without_ the styles it depends on (Bootstrap, Foundation, Font Awesome), so the
form came out unstyled. The decision now follows the webinar’s type alone: a modern
webinar renders its own page, an old hardcoded webinar keeps its layout exactly
as before. Nothing to configure.

#### 4.20.49 — 30 September 2026

**A one-click registration now keeps the timezone of the person who clicked.** The
one-click link in your invitation emails registered a live-webinar guest on the
server before their browser was ever asked — so every guest got the website’s timezone
instead of their own, and on the attendee list they all looked identical (a guest
in the UK showed the same zone as one in Panama, while someone who used the form
showed their real zone). The browser now does the registration for live webinars,
so each contact carries their own timezone; the campaign’s event timezone stays
on the row for the thank-you page and the emails, exactly as before. If a browser
cannot run the automatic sign-up, a one-click fallback still registers the guest—
then with the website’s timezone, which is as much as can be known without a browser.
The attendee list in the live console shows the guest’s own timezone as an extra
line whenever it differs from the event.

#### 4.20.48 — 30 September 2026

**The « what’s next » bar now appears for every host, not only on our test site.**
The small host-only strip at the bottom — two tap rows, « On this page » and « Your
next step », that open the assistant and prefill a sample request — was held back
to our staging site while the call-to-action deep link was still wrong. That link
has been fixed since, and you have seen the strip on your own staging page, so it
is released for everyone now. It stays host-only: visitors and participants never
see it, because it needs a logged-in admin with the webinar dashboard capability.

#### 4.20.47 — 30 September 2026

**The AI Agent now shows your emails instead of only talking about them.** When
the agent offered « Check the emails », clicking it answered in prose. It now shows
the stored confirmation and reminder emails as clean, readable cards right in the
chat — subject, heading, preview text and body. It is read-only: nothing is changed.**
The backend agent keeps what you typed.** In the wp-admin agent, tapping a fallback
chip such as « Hab ich unten geschrieben » while the box already held text sent
only the chip’s label and cleared the box, so the agent asked the same question
again. It now sends what you typed; with an empty box it just invites you to type.

#### 4.20.39 — 29 September 2026

**The AI Agent can now set the webinar language while importing an existing webinar.**
When a host migrated an older webinar and named a language (« make it an English
webinar »), the agent answered _« I could not do that, nothing changed. Reason:
No capability exists yet for: language. »_ — the import tool had no language field
at all, so the imported webinar silently kept the language of its source. The import
now takes the language and the participant pages (registration, thank-you, live)
come out in it. Nothing to configure; it works as soon as you update.

#### 4.20.38 — 29 September 2026

**Your webinar always speaks the language you gave it — no matter what language
your WordPress site runs in.** An English webinar on a German site started in German:
the registration page, the thank-you page and the live room took the language of
the page they sat on instead of the language of the campaign. The campaign’s own
language now wins on every participant surface and in the reminder emails, in every
language the plugin ships — a German webinar on an English site stays German as
well. **The AI Agent sends again.** After something had been typed on the Create
screen the composer could fall silent: the arrow appeared and typing worked, but
every further message was only queued and never answered. The agent now notices
a turn that never finished and releases it, so your next message goes out.

#### 4.20.37 — 29 September 2026

**The dashboard now says « Trial » while the trial is running — and stops calling
it free.** At the top of the WebinarIgnition dashboard the plan line read « Free»
during an active trial instead of « ULTIMATE UNLIMITED PLUS (30 days trial) », so
a host in his trial saw the wrong state after a normal reload. The local licence
read now carries the trial title like the online one, and it drops back to « Free»
the moment the trial has run out. **The logo colour now follows the licence, not
the language:** the paid logo used to be chosen by comparing the translated plan
text to the English word « Free », so on any non-English site a free account could
show the customer logo and a paying one could lose it. The header now asks the licence
itself, in every language.

#### 4.20.34 — 29 September 2026

**Your own test calls are counted separately again.** A logged-in host is recognised
on his own webinar pages again, so his own visits and test sign-ups go into a separate
self-test bucket instead of the real numbers. The « Remove admin statistics » button
clears that self-test activity in one click, so the chart shows only your real leads—
handy at the start, when ten test calls would otherwise sit next to three real sign-
ups. Real visitor rows and lead rows are never deleted.

#### 4.20.30 — 28 September 2026

**Registration, thank-you and live-room pages now recognize their shortcode in every
page builder.** If a builder such as Kubio saved the WebinarIgnition shortcode with
escaped quotes, the page is read like a plain one again: participants see their
own registration, thank-you and live-room pages, and the host’s image-edit buttons
appear only on the participant surfaces — never on plugin logos or other images.
Nothing to configure; it works as soon as you update.

#### 4.20.22 — 27 September 2026

**The registration animation never changes every page silently, and never overwrites
your own edit.** A webinar can render on several registration pages: animation texts
without a named page now change nothing at all, the pages are listed instead, and
the assistant asks « only this page or all of them? » before anything is written.
A page whose animation you changed by hand is left exactly as it is and reported
separately, and it is only replaced after a clear confirmation. Every report names
the pages by title instead of just their number. **A new host photo keeps your own
lines:** on a page you edited by hand only the portrait is swapped, every word stays
as you wrote it — and a page left untouched is reported as untouched, never as changed.

#### 4.20.14 — 25 September 2026

**The registration animation’s benefit lines are always complete.** Slide 1’s three
outcome lines are no longer cut at a fixed word count, so a sentence never ends
mid-thought. The AI writes short, complete one-line benefits and the builder keeps
whole sentences; a longer line wraps onto a second line instead of ending half-way.

#### 4.20.9 — 24 September 2026

**The host task strip is now the way into the assistant.** On registration, thank-
you and room pages (staging hosts only) the open setup tasks appear as two swipeable
pill rows — « On this page » and « Your next step ». Tapping a pill opens the Mini-
Agent and pre-fills an example instruction; nothing is sent until the host presses
send. Items already done or confirmed drop out, a task local to the current page
outranks the general next step, and the email briefing leads the list. Collapsing
the strip leaves a small icon by the Mini-Agent that brings it back.

#### 4.20.8 — 24 September 2026

**The Daily chip speaks the host’s language, and the offline copy matches the server.**
The click text of the « Daily.co » facts chip now comes from the server translations
like the other video chips, and the short offline/frontend fallback now states —
like the relay prompt — that creating the Daily room also trips the 100msDaily confirm
guard.

#### 4.20.7 — 24 September 2026

**Creating the Daily room can no longer drop a 100ms room silently.** The 100msDaily
confirm guard also fires when the room is created through create-room (which sets
the video source itself). Follow-up to 4.20.6; the readme changelog is now aligned
with the plugin version, and the new Daily strings are in the translation template.

#### 4.20.6 — 24 September 2026

**Daily.co reaches every entry point of the assistant, and no 100ms room is dropped
silently.** The Daily.co room is now offered in the page-level and dashboard assistant
prompts too (not only the shared base), an existing Daily webinar is read back as
its own video source, and switching an active 100ms webinar onto Daily now hits
the same confirm guard as switching it to an embed video.

 * **Daily.co in every assistant surface.** The page-level and dashboard prompts
now connect a Daily room the same way as the base prompt — save the API key +
domain install-wide, switch a webinar onto Daily, create its room, and explain
the two values and where they live.
 * **Daily campaigns are reported truthfully.** An existing Daily webinar now reads
back as its own video source (not as a generic embed), and the facts panel shows«
Daily.co room » as its own option.
 * **No silent loss of a 100ms room.** Switching an active 100ms webinar onto Daily—
via the video argument or via create-room — now hits the same confirm guard as
the embed path: the first call is refused, and the switch happens only after

#### 4.19.560 — 20 September 2026

**Colours reach the whole site, and every value is checked before it is written.**
Changing the brand colours now also updates the active theme’s Site Editor palette(
with the semantic shades kept on Twenty Twenty-Five), emails can be coloured on
their own, and a new value gate refuses a wrong value with the expected shape instead
of storing it.

 * **The Site Editor colours follow.** `wi_update_colors` writes the active block
theme’s palette — background, text and the button — and on Twenty Twenty-Five
keeps the semantic shades and text tokens. Say the colour, the whole website
   follows.
 * **Emails can differ from the site.** A new email target writes only the email
template colours and switches « emails follow the site » off itself, so the written
   colours really take effect.
 * **Every value is checked before it is written.** A bad value (a wrong hex, an
impossible number, a made-up field value) is refused once, up front, with the
   expected shape — nothing half-written.
 * **Read before you write.** `wi_get_colors` reports whether an email override
is active and whether the site palette is writable at all; short links carry
per-link stats; the Mini agent payload now carries the live-room CTAs.
 * **Several short links in one call.** One invitation call can create one link
per source (e.g. 1 WhatsApp + 3 Telegram groups) instead of duplicating a shared
   channel.

#### 4.19.559 — 19 September 2026

**Correct dates, a keep-forever update check, and a learning log that arrives.**
The date preview shows the weekday again, « Check again » sees new releases, and
the assistant’s learning book no longer drops entries silently.

 * **Date preview shows the weekday again.** The German default « D, j. F Y » rendered
its weekday as a day number (« 14, 14. September 2026 ») in the admin preview
and in the evergreen date dropdown. Weekday tokens now translate in one pass,
so `D` is a weekday and `l` no longer grows an extra letter.
 * **« Check again » finds new releases.** The update check and the Plugins/updates
screens now always load the real Freemius …
