I would recommend tracking outbound links via Google Tag Manager<\/a>\nHere are some instructions on how to track outbound links via the Tag Manager<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

Track your outbound links in Google Analytics. This is compatible with both Classic and Universal Analytics Accounts.<\/p>\n\n

To see results in Google Analytics:<\/h4>\n\n

In Google Analytics Reporting go to: \"Behavior\"<\/em> -> \"Events\"<\/em> -> \"Overview\"<\/em> -> \"Event Label\"<\/em>, here you will be able to see all of your website's outbound links.(See Screenshots)<\/p>\n\n

    I use Yoast Google Analytics, and this plugin does not work. Why?<\/dt>\n

    Yoast changes the Analytics JavaScript variable name for some reason or another. How to get this plugin to play friendly with Yoast: Open up Yoast Google Analytics > Settings > Advanced tab and go down to the \"Custom code:\" field. Enter the following:<\/p>\n\n
