Zervise Contact Us Form allows you to add a « Contact Us » form widget, powered by Zervise, into your blog or site so that your users can reach you very easily.

Installation
For automatic installation through WordPress
- Go to the Plugins page in your WordPress admin section.
- Click the ‘Add new’ button.
- Search for the ‘Zervise Contact Us Form’ plugin.
- Click ‘Install now’ and activate the plugin.
- Then navigate to the ‘Widgets page’ under ‘Appearance’ tab from the left sidebar in the WordPress admin panel.
- Then if you are using WordPress 5.8 or up, Add a new block and search for ‘Zervise Contact Us Form’ to add the widget to your site.
- If you are using WordPress 5.7 or low, then just drag and drop ‘Zervise Contact Us Form’ to add the widget.
For manual installation
- Download the latest version of ‘Zervise Contact Us Form’ plugin from the WordPress plugin directory.
- Extract the zip and upload the ‘zervise’ directory to your /wp-content/plugins directory.
- Go to the ‘Plugins’ page in your admin section and activate the plugin.
- Then navigate to the ‘Widgets page’ under ‘Appearance’ tab from the left sidebar in the WordPress admin panel.
- Then if you are using WordPress 5.8 or up, Add a new block and search for ‘Zervise Contact Us Form’ to add the widget to your site.
