Description
Your contact form looks fine. It stopped sending emails 3 days ago.
A plugin update changed something. A host migration quietly broke SMTP. A configuration changed overnight. Your form still displays perfectly but every submission since then went nowhere.
Your client is waiting for a call that never came.
This is the most expensive silent failure in WordPress. And it happens constantly.
Velnix Form Monitor fixes this.
It runs automatic health checks on your Contact Form 7 and Elementor forms and sends you an email alert the moment email delivery breaks, before your client loses a single lead.
And here is the part no other plugin does: even if your server’s wp_mail is broken, alerts still reach you via the Velnix backup server. The tool that monitors your email delivery does not rely on your email delivery.
Why WordPress freelancers and agencies use Velnix
- Silent failures are invisible. Broken forms show no errors. No red screen. No PHP warning. Just missed leads.
- You manage multiple sites. Manually checking every client form every day is not a workflow. It is a liability.
- Clients blame you. When a form breaks, you are responsible whether or not it was your fault.
- Standard monitoring tools miss this. Uptime monitors check if your site loads. Not if your forms actually deliver.

How it works
- Install and activate Velnix Form Monitor
- It immediately registers your forms and begins monitoring
- Every 24 hours it runs a health check on each form
- If a form stops delivering you get an alert instantly
- The alert arrives via the Velnix backup server, so it reaches you even if wp_mail is the problem
No setup required. No forms to fill. No API keys to configure.
Who it is for
WordPress freelancers managing client sites. You carry the responsibility when a client’s leads go missing. Velnix gives you proof you were watching.
WordPress agencies handling multiple projects. One broken form across 20 client sites is a support ticket, a refund request, and a lost client. Velnix catches it before they do.
Anyone who cannot afford to miss a lead. If your contact form is connected to revenue, you need to know the instant it breaks.

FAQ
-
Which form plugins are supported?
-
Contact Form 7 and Elementor Forms on the free plan. WPForms and Gravity Forms support is coming in Pro.
-
How does the health check work?
-
Every 24 hours, Velnix sends a test through each monitored form and checks whether email delivery succeeds. If it fails, you get an alert immediately.
-
What is the Velnix backup server and why does it matter?
-
Most monitoring tools send alerts via wp_mail, the same system that is broken when your form breaks. If wp_mail fails, you get no alert.
Velnix routes alerts through our own server. So when your wp_mail is the problem, the alert still reaches you. This is the feature that makes Velnix actually reliable as a monitoring tool.
-
Does it slow down my site?
-
No. Health checks run via WP Cron in the background. There is no impact on frontend performance or page load time.
-
Does it monitor form submissions in real time?
-
The free plan runs health checks every 24 hours. Pro will include 5-minute checks. Real-time submission monitoring is not currently a feature. Velnix monitors delivery health, not individual submissions.
-
What data does Velnix collect?
-
Only your site URL, admin email address, and form IDs. No form submission content, no user data, no personal information from your visitors is ever collected or transmitted.
-
Will the plugin keep working if I do not renew Pro?
-
Yes. The free version is fully functional and permanent. If you use Pro and do not renew, you revert to free. Your monitoring continues, just with 24-hour checks instead of 5-minute.
-
Does it work on WordPress multisite?
-
Single-site only at this stage. Multisite support is on the roadmap.
-
My form is showing as broken but it works fine. Why?
-
This usually means your SMTP configuration changed and wp_mail is failing even though the form itself submits correctly. Check Settings, Velnix, SMTP Status for a diagnosis. The most common fix is installing WP Mail SMTP and connecting a transactional email provider.
-
How do I get support?
