Download the zip file and extract the contents,
Upload the folder local-time-clock to your WP plugin folder /wp-content/plugins/ directory,
Go to Plugins > Plugins, and activate the plugin,
To display the Scroll Up button at the bottom of your all pages, all posts and everywhere in your site, you have to just install the plugin.

Ans.Yeah, 1.0 version is free. But, for premium version should be paid.You will get option panel in the premium version and will change button-color as your wish.

Ans.Yeah, it will make a display on home page,all posts, all pages everywhere.

Ans.Yeah, to use different size you have to use premium version.Similarly you can change button-color.
