WP Job Manager on its own only shows an email address or a link when someone clicks « Apply for job » — nothing is recorded. Hiremium Smart Applicants Screening adds the missing piece: a real application form with CV upload, an applicant list for employers, and AI screening that scores every applicant against the job.
