RankMesh audits your website and suggests SEO fixes. With this plugin, the fixes you approve in RankMesh go straight onto your WordPress site. No developer, no copy and paste.
What RankMesh can change on your pages, posts, categories and tags:
- SEO title and meta description
- Canonical address, noindex and nofollow
- Focus keyword
- Social sharing title, description and image (Open Graph and X)
- Image alt text
- Structured data (JSON-LD)
- Redirects (301, 302, 307, 308 and 410)
- Small text fixes such as a heading or a link, on pages made with the block editor or the classic editor
Works with the SEO plugin you already use. Values are saved where Yoast SEO, Rank Math or All in One SEO keep them, so you see them in that plugin as usual. On a site without an SEO plugin, RankMesh Connector adds the tags itself.
Safe by design:
- Nothing changes until you say yes in RankMesh.
- Every change is listed under Tools > RankMesh changes with the value before and after, and one click puts the old value back.
- A page edited in WordPress after RankMesh read it is left alone.
- Pages laid out with a page builder (Elementor, Divi and others) are never edited; those fixes are marked for your developer instead.
- The plugin contains no AI and runs no code from outside your site. It only answers requests made with the Application Password you approve when you connect RankMesh.
External services
This plugin is the WordPress side of the RankMesh service (https://rankmesh.ai). It does not contact any outside server by itself. RankMesh’s servers call this plugin’s REST routes (under /wp-json/rankmesh/v1/) using the Application Password the site owner approved when connecting the site in RankMesh. Through those routes RankMesh reads the SEO settings, image alt text and content of the pages it was asked to fix, and writes the changes the site owner approved.

Installation
- In RankMesh, connect your site on Manage > CMS (you approve RankMesh once in WordPress).
- Install and activate RankMesh Connector from Plugins > Add New.
- Back in RankMesh, press Check again on the Website fixes on WordPress card.
From then on, Fix now on Manage > SEO > Tasks offers WordPress for the fixes it can make.

Do I need a RankMesh account?

Yes. The plugin only acts on requests from your RankMesh account.

Which SEO plugins are supported?

Yoast SEO, Rank Math and All in One SEO. With none of them active, the plugin prints the title, description, canonical, robots and social tags itself. All in One SEO’s free version cannot store settings for category pages, so those fixes are skipped there.

Rank Math shows nothing on my pages

Rank Math only prints SEO tags after its setup wizard is finished or skipped. RankMesh tells you when that is the case.

How do I undo a change?

In RankMesh, press Undo on the task, or in WordPress open Tools > RankMesh changes and press Undo on the row. Only the newest change of a field can be undone, so a later change is never overwritten by mistake.

What happens if I remove the plugin?

Deleting it removes its change log and the redirects it served. SEO values it saved into your SEO plugin stay, as they are now part of your site.
