WP Couch Mode brings a proven solution for simple read mode for your site or network.

Several blogs are advertisements dominate the content. This makes the user feel irritated and obviously it moves on to another website.
This plugin give an option to read the web pages in a clutter-free environment. This plugin provides an option to read the posts without any advertisements and unwanted widgets.

From now on, your users will have the choice to read lengthy posts in the couch mode. This increases the user interaction very much.

Installation

Upload « wp-couch-mode » to the « /wp-content/plugins/ » directory.
Activate the plugin through the « Plugins » menu in WordPress.
Change the settings from « Setting /Read Mode Settings » menu in WordPress.

thank you so much for that plugin! That was the closest I was looking for since hours now! The only tiny enhancement to keep vid’s and/or pictures visible in the pop up would make that plugin to one of my most recommended one! Anyway, the setup was very quick and very easy! Thank you again for your great little tiny but very helpful tool – at least 5 stars and no less you deserve!!!
